User Upload Guidelines
Ensure you review the below upload guidelines to maximize the potential of Pixel to Poly
File Format:
Acceptable Image formats: .JPEG, .PNG, .TIFF .GIF .PSD
Acceptable Video formats: .MP4, .MOV, .MKV, .AVI, .MP3
Avoid compressed formats as they may result in a loss of detail.
File Size Limit:
Each file should not exceed 150 MB with a max total file upload size of 350 MB.
If your design requires higher resolution, consider splitting it into parts.
Image Resolution:
Minimum resolution: 1080 x 1080 pixels.
Recommended resolution: 4000 x 4000 pixels or higher for intricate designs.
The higher the resolution, the more detailed your 3D asset will be.
Image Quality:
Use clear and well-lit images if possible. Avoid elements that might obscure the design.
Ensure your design is centered and occupies a significant portion of the image frame.
Color and Contrast:
High contrast images with distinct colors yield better results.
Avoid overly saturated or edited images. Natural colors tend to produce better results.
Perspective:
Front-facing views are ideal.
If you have multiple perspectives of the design (e.g., front, side, back), upload all of them for the best 3D representation.
Avoid Watermarks and Overlays:
Ensure the image does not contain watermarks, timestamps, or other overlays. These can interfere with the 3D transformation process.
Content Restrictions:
No Real Humans: Due to a lack of 3D data, we cannot accurately transform realistic human images.
No Realistic Animals: Similarly, we cannot accept images of realistic animals for conversion.
No Inappropriate Imagery: Any images containing explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content will be rejected.
One Object Per Submission: Please ensure that each submission focuses on a single object. This allows us to concentrate on creating individual high-quality assets.
